Our Story

Baked with love & a sprinkle of happiness

Jack's Bakery has been a cornerstone of the Halls Head community since 1980 — starting life on Peelwood Parade before finding its home at the Mary Street roundabout on Old Coast Road.

When Walter took over in 2006, he brought with him a simple but uncompromising philosophy: everything handmade, everything baked on-site, every single day. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just real food made the way it should be.

Today, Jack's serves loyal locals and hungry visitors alike — from early-morning coffee and sourdough to award-winning pies and sweet treats that keep people coming back.

We support the local community through retail and wholesale, supplying clubs, cafes and businesses across the Peel region with the same handcrafted quality we're known for.
